Mary Jane Grant, a student in Veterinary medicine who will travel to Guatemala to study the prevalence of domestic feline diseases in wild cats. Carol Kilgore, a junior double major in International Studies and Mathematics who will travel to France to study the possibility of the Central and Eastern European Republics joining the European Economic Community. Walter Kokernot, a graduate student in English who will travel to London and Scotland to study the original manuscripts of the Scottish writer George McDonald. Craig Morris, a graduate student in Animal Science who will travel to the Pacific rim to study the marketing and regulation of red meat. Neil Mullen, a senior double major in Russian and Spanish who will travel to Russia to study the history and architecture of wooden Russian Orthodox churches. Julie Newman, a student in Veterinary Medicine who will travel to New Zealand to study deer ranching. Sean O'Donnell, a junior double major in Economics and History who will travel to the British Isles to study the conflict in Northern Ireland. Brett Phaneuf, a graduate student in Nautical Archaeology who will travel to the Canary Islands to study Roman shipwrecks and artifacts. Amy Willeford, a student in Veterinary Medicine who will travel to Guatemala to study the disease Psittacosis in birds. Note: Only students of Texas A&M University
