The Jordan Collection

The Jordan Collection realizes our goal of providing insight into various cultures through
the "universal language" of art. Additionally, the
Collection provides a glimpse into the life of Leland T. Jordan, Class of '29,
for the objects were obtained during his career with
the Gulf Oil Company and the Kuwait Oil Company. Articles
displayed in the Jordan Collection include
jewelry, porcelain, silverwork, paintings, rugs, and various
pieces of furniture. Numerous areas of the world represented in the Collection include
Africa, the Middle East, Europe and Asia.
The beautiful international Jordan
Collection is housed in Room 223I of Memorial Student Center's
Student Programs Office (SPO), and all
students, faculty, staff, and campus visitors are welcome to view it!
Please call or email us for a
